Registration

How do I register myself into the myfAd program?
Go to https://www.myfad.my/myfad-web/subscriber.php and click on "Register" button to register as a Subscriber.

Subscriber Account

How to login to myfAd account?
  1. Go to https://www.myfad.my/myfad-web/login.php
  2. Click subscriber button and you can login to the system using your Facebook account.
Can I update my information (profile, bank info and affiliate) in myfAd system?
Yes you can. Go to website www.myfad.my.
  1. Login to the system
  2. Click on "Update Profile" from the left side menu.
  3. You may update your profile and click on "Update" button when you are finished.
How to check my network?
  1. Login to the system.
  2. Click on "Network" from the left side menu.
  3. You may view your Network Level 1 and Network Level 2 in this section.

Commission

How to check the commission in my account?
  1. Login to the system.
  2. Click on "Cash Out" from the left side menu.
  3. You may check your commission in this section.
How can I withdraw my commission?
  1. Login to the system
  2. Click on "Cash Out" from the left side menu.
  3. You have to request to withdraw your commission by click on "Request Payment" button
  4. myfAd will transfer your commission on the middle of the following month.
  5. If your commission is less than RM 1, the commission will be brought forward to the following month.
  6. You will receive the money within 2 to 15 working days.
Is there any charge for bank transaction?
  • Any bank transaction charges will be charged to the myfAd Subscriber. (rates of transaction charges differs by country)
  • In order to save on transaction charges, myfAd Subscriber may choose not to get paid every month. Just do not click the "Cash Out" button and myfAd will keep the money for you until you wish to get paid.
Do I get the chance to choose to "Share"?
Yes. When you received the notification email to "Share", you will get 12 hours to decide whether you want to "Share" or not. If you decided not to "Share", then myfAd will choose the next waiting list Subscribers to do the job
Do I get commission if I am notified to "Share" and my Level 1 and Level 2 also are notified by the system to "Share"?
  • If you "Share" as per notification and your Level 1 and Level 2 also "Share" as notified by the system then you will get the commission.
  • You will get the commission from each level (You yourself - 10%, Level 1 - 10%, Level 2 - 5%). Please refer to Figure 1.

Do I get commission if I am notified to "Share" but I refuse to do so?
If you refuse to "Share" as notified by the system, you will not get any commission although your Level 1 and Level 2 "Share" as notified by the system. Please refer to Figure 1.
Do I get commission if I am not notified to "Share" but my Level 1 and Level 2 are instructed by the system to "Share"?
  • If you are not notified to "Share" but your Level 1 and Level 2 "Share" as notified by the system, then you will get half of the commission.
  • Your commission from your level 1 and level 2 will be: (Level 1 - 5%, Level 2 - 2.5%).
  • If you are not notified to "Share" and your Level 1 is also not notified to "Share" but your Level 2 "Share" as notified by the system, then you will get half of the commission you will get from level 2.
  • Your commission from your level 2 will be: (Level 2 - 2.5%).

Privacy

myfAd regards user privacy seriously and will only use the personal information provided by the user for myfAd own purposes only. myfAd will only use user information, related in the manner set out in this Privacy Statement.

myfAd only will ask user for information when it is necessary to do so and if it relates to matters regarding myfAd user.

myfAd will only keep user information for as long as myfAd are either required to by law or as is relevant for the purposes for which it was collected.

User can browse myfAd website freely, however, user will need to log in using his/her Facebook account in order to access myfAd system.

myfAd will not sell, share or trade user personal information collected online with any third party.

myfAd will only use the user personal information for internal use only. When Subscriber create a myfAd account, the personal information required maybe as follows:

  • Name
  • Town and state for home address
  • Town and state for office address
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • IC/passport number
  • Gender
  • Occupation
  • Salary
  • Education level
  • Race
  • Interest
  • Bank detail

The personal information we collect from user may be used in some or all of the following ways:

  • Demographic selection
  • To update data for customer support purposes.
  • To provide you with relevant product information.

Further, myfAd will use the information provided by user to administer their account.

  • Verification and conducting financial transactions related to the payment of commissions
  • Audit data downloaded from the website myfAd
  • Improve the layout and / or content of the website myfAd to suit the user
  • Identify visitors on the website myfAd
  • Conduct research on demographic dealer myfAd
  • Send information about products and services myfAd

When you register as a Subscriber on myfAd website, we will also use your personal information to send you marketing and/or promotional materials from time to time. You can unsubscribe from marketing information at any time by using the unsubscribe function within the electronic marketing material.

Subscriber commissions will be processed by our authorized bank. Subscriber must submit correct bank account details to prevent any errors from happening. The bank account details must be constantly updated.

Change, Update or Correction of Information

Subscriber can update personal information anytime by accessing your account on myfAd website. Subscriber may log in into myfAd using Facebook account.

Security of Personal Information

myfAd ensures that all information collected will be safely and securely stored. We protect user personal information by

  • Restricting access to personal information
  • Maintaining technology products to prevent unauthorized computer access
  • Disclosure of Personal Information

myfAd does not sell, rent or trade any personal information to third parties, except those contracted to assist in the maintenance and organization of customer information, which are used for order fulfilment and communications purposes. These third parties, however, do not have the authority to make use of your information for any other purpose.

By visiting the website, user consent to the collection and use of the information by myfAd. All information entered by user and transmitted to the site is processed by personnel who have endorsed in deed of undertaking to safeguard your information. myfAd will not disclose your user information to any external organization without prior consent from user. However, myfAd may disclose user information to the government and/or third parties when we have reason to believe that disclosure of such information is necessary to identify or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Terms & Conditions; or otherwise causing harm to myfAd or anyone who could be victimized by such activities, and where otherwise required by law or by legal process. We will also release personal information where disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights, enforce our Terms of Use or other agreements, or to protect ourselves or others. For example, we may share information to reduce the risk of fraud or if someone uses or attempts to use our website for illegal reasons or to commit fraud. Any changes in the privacy policy will be updated, so as to keep users informed. We do not authorize third parties to make use of your information as part of regular course of business. However, it's possible that we might sell, acquire or merge with or be acquired by other subsidiaries, or business units. In such transactions, personally identifiable information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the unlikely event that assets of myfAd powered by myfAd Tech Sdn. Bhd. are sold, personal information may be one of the transferred assets. If that happens, your personal information may be disclosed to another company, but that disclosure will be subject to the Privacy Statement in effect.

Collection of Computer Data

When you visit myfAd, our company servers will automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. This data may include:

  • Your computer's IP address
  • Browser type
  • Webpage you were visiting before you came to our site
  • The pages with in myfAd you visit
  • The time spent on those pages, items and information searched for on our site, access times and dates, and other statistics
  • This information is collected for analysis and evaluation in order to help us improve our site and the services and products we provide. This data will not be used in association with any other personal information.

Changes to the Privacy Statement

myfAd reserves the right to modify and change the Privacy Statement at any time. Any changes to this policy will be published on our site.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Privacy

    myfAd shall ensure the privacy of the data that you give during registration to be a myfAd Subscriber. myfAd shall not, under any circumstances, sell or share your data to any other party. However, myfAd reserves the right to use your data to do selection based on the requirement of the posts (merchant) without revealing your identity.

  2. Responsibility of "Sharing"

    • myfAd shall ensure every "Share" fulfills the conditions of myfAd advertising.
    • As a myfAd Subscriber, you shall be given a choice whether to "Share" or not do anything of any post assigned to you by myfAd. You shall be responsible of the choice you made.
    • myfAd shall not be responsible towards any problems that arise due to your "Shares".
    • You will be given a period of 12 hours to make a decision on whether or not to "Share" after receiving notification in your email which you use during registration. If no action is detected after the 12 hour period, the system will automatically instruct another myfAd Subscriber to "Share" the post. Therefore, you are advised to check your email regularly.

  3. Social Responsibility

    • myfAd has decided to allocate 30% of the posts to be free of charge in a way of providing social responsibility. myfAd reserves the right to decide which of the posts are considered as social responsibility.
    • All myfAd Subscriber are expected to fulfill this obligation and shall "Share" posts , not more than 30% of all posts "Share" for free as instructed by myfAd
    • Examples of this kind of posts are such as, "Appreciate your Parents" or posts that show trials being done by companies from time to time to improve this myfAd program.

  4. Registration

    • You shall give accurate and correct details during the registration.
    • You shall not give any false information.
    • You shall not register using a false account.
    • You shall ensure your details are accurate all the time, and shall update if any changes
    • You shall not disguise as someone else and use his or her account.
    • You must be the actual user of the Facebook account that you state when you register.
  5. Registration Fees

    The registration fee for myfAd Subscriber is free. However, myfAd reserves the right to impose a membership fee later, in which case, all members will be notified at least 3 months prior and will be given a choice whether to continue as myfAd member and pay the membership fee or terminate their membership.

  6. Payment

    myfAd shall make payment to Subscriber who "Share" every middle of the following month.

    The payment will be transferred to the Subscriber bank account if the Subscriber request the payment. Therefore, make sure the bank account information is accurate.

    The payment will only be made to your bank account if your commission exceeds RM 1 in that month. If your commission is less than RM 1, you will be paid in the middle of the following month provided that the total exceeds RM 1.

    Total payment is counted based on

    1. 10% is for Subscriber who "Share"
    2. 10% is for every Level 1 Subscriber who "Share"
    3. 5% is for every Level 2 Subscriber who "Share"

    % indicates the amount of income generated for one "Share"

    • If a Subscriber that is notified to "Share" does not agree to "Share" within the period of 12 hours that is given, then no payment will be given to the Subscriber even if their Level 1 and Level 2 Subscribers are chosen to "Share".
    • If a Subscriber is not chosen to "Share" any posts, but their Level 1 and Level 2 subscribers are chosen to "Share" the Subscriber will still get paid from the effort of their Level 1 and Level 2 Subscribers.
    • Subscribers are not allowed to delete posts that have been "Shared" in 7 days. If a Subscriber deletes a post that has been posted in less than 7 days, then payment will not be made.

  7. Changes

    • myfAd reserves the right to make any changes to the terms and conditions of myfAd Subscriber.
    • All Subscribers shall be given a choice to continue as a Subscriber or terminate their subscription, if such changes are made.
  8. Termination

    myfAd reserves the right to terminate any Subscriber if any of the terms and conditions outlined is breached.

    Any Subscriber termination, the commission will be not refunded.

  9. Conflict

    In the case of conflict, or dispute, you shall report to myfAd and an internal tribunal will be set up to decide on the said dispute.

    You shall not bring the issue of dispute to any court of law before submitting the case of dispute to the internal tribunal and decision of the dispute has been made by the internal tribunal.
