Go to https://www.myfad.my/myfad-web/merchant.php and fill in the form.

Merchant Account

How to login to Merchant account?
Go to https://www.myfad.my/myfad-web/login.php, click merchant and enter your username and password.
Can I update Merchant information (profile, business info and name of person in charge) in myfAd system?
Yes you can.
  1. Login to the system.
  2. Click on "Merchant Profile" from the left side menu.
  3. You may update Merchant's profile and click on "Update" button when you are finished.
How to check Fanbook Pages registered with myfAd?
Yes you can.
  1. Login to the system
  2. Click on "Page Management" from the left side menu.
  3. You may view your Fanpage registered with myfAd and add more Fanpage into the list.

Credit

How to check credit in Merchant account?
  1. Login to the system.
  2. Click on "Payment History" from the left side menu.
  3. You may view your list of payment history.
How can I buy credit for Merchant?
  1. Login to the system
  2. Click on "Buy Credit" from the left side menu.
What is the price for credit / share?
RM 1.00 for one 'share'.

Create Advertisement

How to create advertisement in myfAd program?
  1. Login to the system.
  2. Click on "Ads Management" from the left side menu.
  3. Click on "Add" button.
  4. Please enter the advertisement title.
  5. Click on "Select From Facebook Posts" button to select your Facebook Page from the list.
  6. Choose the post you want to viral and click on "Choose This Post" button.
  7. Please select the target state, age gender, race, religion, education, occupation, income range, target interest then click on "Calculate" button to view potential subscriber that will going viral the advertisement post.
  8. Please enter your share to use for the advertisement and click on "Submit" button to proceed.
  9. The advertisement will be reviewed and verified within 24 hours.

Facebook "Share" Price

myfAd helps merchants to advertise their product using facebook "sharing" (aka. facebook "shares"). This is made possible due to myfAd having a large database of genuine subscribers who will do the job of sharing the merchant's post. Merchant can buy facebook shares after registering with myfAd. Table below shows the price of one facebook share according to country.

Refund and Return Policy

myfAd do not refund money for any facebook "shares" purchased by the merchant. However, myfAd will refund the facebook "shares" to the merchant if subscriber failed to share the merhant's facebook post or the subscriber's data do not meet the merchant's subscriber requirement. The refunded facebook "shares" can be used for the merchant's next facebook post.

Delivery and Timing

myfAd will immediately generate new unused facebook "shares" to the merchant's account after sucessfully recieved merchant's payment. The merchant then can use the facebook "shares" to viral their facebook post.

Privacy

myfAd regards user privacy seriously and will only use the personal information provided by the user for myfAd own purposes only. myfAd will only use user information, related in the manner set out in this Privacy Statement. myfAd only will ask user for information when it is necessary to do so and if it relates to matters regarding myfAd user. myfAd will only keep user information for as long as myfAd are either required to by law or as is relevant for the purposes for which it was collected. User can browse myfAd website freely, however, user will need to log in using his/her Facebook account (for Subscriber) or by enter username and password (for Merchant) in order to access myfAd system. If user has any comments or suggestions please contact myfAd by sending e-mail to us at support@myfad.my. Our Privacy Statement fully represents the industry's best practice.

myfAd will not sell, share or trade user personal information collected online with any third party. myfAd will only use the user personal information for internal use only. When Subscriber create a myfAd account, the personal information required maybe as follows:

The personal information we collect from user may be used in some or all of the following ways:

When you register as a Subscriber on myfAd website, we will also use your personal information to send you marketing and/or promotional materials from time to time. You can unsubscribe from marketing information at any time by using the unsubscribe function within the electronic marketing material. Subscriber commissions will be processed by our authorized bank. Subscriber must submit correct bank account details to prevent any errors from happening. The bank account details must be constantly updated. When Merchant create a myfAd account, the Merchant information required maybe as follows:

The Merchant information we collect from user may be used in some or all of the following ways:

Change, Update or Correction of Information

Subscriber and Merchant can update personal information or merchant information anytime by accessing their account on myfAd website. Subscriber may log in into myfAd using Facebook account while Merchant may log in into myfAd using username and password.

Security of Personal Information

myfAd ensures that all information collected will be safely and securely stored. We protect user personal information and Merchant information by:
  • Restricting access to personal information
  • Maintaining technology products to prevent unauthorized computer access
  • Disclosure of Personal Information
myfAd does not sell, rent or trade any personal information and Merchant information to third parties, except those contracted to assist in the maintenance and organization of customer information, which are used for order fulfilment and communications purposes. These third parties, however, do not have the authority to make use of your information for any other purpose. By visiting the website, user consent to the collection and use of the information by myfAd. All information entered by user and transmitted to the site is processed by personnel who have endorsed in deed of undertaking to safeguard your information. myfAd will not disclose your user information to any external organization without prior consent from user. However, myfAd may disclose user information to the government and/or third parties when we have reason to believe that disclosure of such information is necessary to identify or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Terms & Conditions; or otherwise causing harm to myfAd or anyone who could be victimized by such activities, and where otherwise required by law or by legal process. We will also release personal information where disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights, enforce our Terms of Use or other agreements, or to protect ourselves or others. For example, we may share information to reduce the risk of fraud or if someone uses or attempts to use our website for illegal reasons or to commit fraud. Any changes in the privacy policy will be updated, so as to keep users informed. We do not authorize third parties to make use of your information as part of regular course of business. However, it's possible that we might sell, acquire or merge with or be acquired by other subsidiaries, or business units. In such transactions, personally identifiable information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the unlikely event that assets of myfAd powered by myfAd Tech Sdn. Bhd. are sold, personal information may be one of the transferred assets. If that happens, your personal information may be disclosed to another company, but that disclosure will be subject to the Privacy Statement in effect. If you believe that your privacy has been breached by myfAd please contact us at support@myfad.my and we will resolve the issue.

Collection of Computer Data

When you visit myfAd, our company servers will automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. This data may include:

  • Webpage you were visiting before you came to our site
  • The pages with in myfAd you visit
  • The time spent on those pages, items and information searched for on our site, access times and dates, and other statistics

Changes to the Privacy Statement

myfAd reserves the right to modify and change the Privacy Statement at any time. Any changes to this policy will be published on our site.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope

    1. MYFAD TECH SDN BHD ("myfAd") owns and operates a platform in Malaysia that allows Merchants to post their advertisement through myfAd application to Facebook.This platform is currently provided on the website www.myfAd.my.
    2. The Merchants will have the opportunity to post their advertisement on myfAd platform. myfAd is entitled to filter the advertisement before post and viral it onFacebook. The service provided by myfAd is limited to referring Subscriber to post the advertisement. In addition to this, myfAd may provide the Merchant with analytics aboutthe performance of the post.
    3. myfAd may carry out changes to the website or service, or suspend the service,without any notice.
  2. myfAd's rights and obligations

    1. The Merchant acknowledges that the relationship between Subscribers and myfAd is governed by the privacy policy and the general terms and conditions, both available on the website.
    2. The Merchant will be responsible for creating their own advertisement. The advertisement will be filtered and checked by myfAd. myfAd will present the approved advertisement on Facebook.
    3. myfAd is authorised to accept or to reject the created post depends on Facebook's policy.
    4. In order to maintain its reputation for quality and high standard of service, myfAd reserves the right to terminate the relationship with the Merchant if the Merchant repeatedly receives bad reviews or complaints, or fails to comply with our recommendations and Facebook's policy
  3. Merchant's rights and obligations

    1. The Merchant is obliged to provide all the information necessary when posting an advertisement on www.myfAd.my. This should include but is not limited to, a detailed title and sub-title, price, quantity, picture and description. The Merchant must notify myfAd of any changes to the detail of their posting while posted on the website.
    2. The Merchant guarantees that information posted on myfAd application relating to his products satisfies all legal requirements, and in particular satisfies information requirements for consumer protection.
    3. The Merchant will be responsible for the posted advertisement through myfAd platform.
    4. The Merchant must ensure that there is no prohibited contents in their advertisement. The Prohibited contents are as follow:
      1. Seditious elements
      2. Violence elements
      3. Sale of alcohol and gambling
      4. Pornography
      5. Indecent Images
      6. Things that violate the laws
    5. The Merchant guarantees that the information provided by him does not violate any third party's copyright.
    6. The Merchant guarantees that there are no ongoing criminal, bankruptcy or tax proceedings or other penalties outstanding in relation to the advertisement that have been posted through the platform.
  4. Buying shares

    1. The Merchant can make a choice to purchase as many shares as required (minimum of 5) and make the payment through the platform.
    2. myfAd will generate the receipt in the platform and send a copy through email.
    3. myfAd will not refund money for any purchased shares.
  5. Liability

    1. myfAd cannot guarantee that its service will be free from all malfunctions, but will exercise all reasonable care and skill to resolve any such case.
  6. Privacy

    Both parties are obliged to treat confidentially the content of this agreement, as well as all other information and data they acquire in connection with the partnership, and not use it for purposes outside the scope of this contract or pass it on to third parties. This obligation is in force for 1 year after the termination of the contract. Both parties are obliged to follow privacy laws and handle accordingly all data related to customers, suppliers and business partners.
  7. Licence

    1. myfAd has the right to freely maintain the Merchant's posting on website and Facebook.
    2. myfAd may scan, transcribe, and publish online the Merchant's postings, logos and other materials required. The Merchant grants to myfAd a royalty-free, perpetual, unrestricted licence to use and distribute any materials provided by him, for the purpose of advertising Merchant's service. In particular, this includes use in Google AdWords campaigns, domain name registrations and other online marketing and search engine optimization measures.
  8. Terms and termination

    1. This agreement is valid as soon as the Merchant signs the contract, or fulfils an order referred by myfAd, and remains valid indefinitely, until termination by either party. Termination can occur at any time, with a period of notice of one month, in writing, by email, post or fax. The revenues generated during this notice period are still subject to the partnership agreement. The right to immediate termination by either party for important cause remains unaffected.
    2. The right to immediate termination in particular covers the case where the Merchant repeatedly receives negative ratings and reviews from Facebook, and when these are not obviously unjustified. Repeatedly providing misleading information or withholding information required to present the Merchant's posts is also grounds for immediate termination. Typos, mistakes and transmission errors are excluded from this, as long as they are not caused with intent or by gross negligence.
  9. General

    1. If a single clause in this agreement is invalid, both parties will endeavor to replace the invalid clause by a valid one that reproduces as closely as possible the intended economic meaning of the invalid clause. The validity of the rest of the agreement remains unaffected. This applies in particular if the agreement is found to be incomplete.
    2. myfAd reserves the right to modify his general terms and conditions without giving any justification. In that case, myfAd will give the Merchant adequate notice via email. The notice will contain advice on the right and period of objection to the changes, and on the consequences of leaving unexercised the right to object.
    3. The changed terms and conditions are considered agreed by the Merchant if he does not object to them in writing within 2 weeks of receiving notice of the changes.
    4. Any terms and conditions of the Merchant are not part of this agreement unless myfAd expressly agrees to adhere to them in writing.
